Village Riviera is a true resort for adults aged 55 and over who are autonomous, semi-autonomous or in loss of autonomy. This unexpected gem of a community is located in a large wooded area in the centre of the city of Gatineau.

Each phase of the project has its own personality, encompassing unique styles, interior designs, and services. The housing and services that are offered are as diverse as our residents. The complex is seamlessly interconnected, with internal passageways enabling residents to move between phases and stay connected. This fosters a sense of community and synergy, making it easy for residents to socialize and make meaningful connections.

Phase 1 offers a variety of studio-style units, ranging from 200 to 500 sq. ft. Each unit is equipped with a convenient kitchenette, perfect for storing and preparing light snacks and beverages.

Phase 1 also features a wing with 10 rooms for cognitively impaired seniors and a wing with 30 rooms for seniors with reduced mobility. Our healthcare units include all amenities. Village Riviera has everything our seniors need to receive exceptional care and support.

Outdoors, we have several gardens and relaxation areas, such as on the terrace or by the pool. For more active residents, we have a play area with a Petanque court, as well as a walking and cycling trail all around the complex. Furthermore, we organize several BBQ events with entertainment during the summer.
Indoors, we have a chapel, library, movie theatre, swimming pool, and many game areas for bingo, board games, a virtual golf room, bowling, and a billiard room. At Village Riviera, everything is well thought out to liven up our residents’ days in many ways.
