Our Apartments

Manoir Pierrefonds offers progressive adaptable accommodations and services for autonomous, semi-autonomous and disabled seniors. A range of additional services such as meal packages are also available. Get in touch with us for more information!

One and two-bedroom condo-style apartments feature abundant windows, granite countertops and central air conditioning and heating. Experience the ultimate in luxury living, surrounded by nature’s splendour, and immersed in a peaceful environment.

Semi-autonomous seniors enjoy living in studios equipped with a kitchenette (including a sink, a small refrigerator, and a microwave oven). All studios are all-inclusive and include all three meals. À la carte services may also be added.

Each phase of the Manoir Pierrefonds has its own personality, both in terms of style, interior design, services, and decor. The housing and services are as diverse as our clientele. We offer three types of accommodation:

What type of clientele resides at the Manoir Pierrefonds?
Since the Manoir Pierrefonds is a residence that adapts to your evolving needs, we have different sections to meet the needs of autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors, as well as healthcare units for seniors with cognitive loss.
What are the housing prices at Manoir Pierrefonds?
Our prices vary depending on the room size and the services required. Get in touch with one of our rental agents who will be happy to inform and advise you according to your needs and preferences.
What types of meal packages do you offer?

For anyone renting a studio or a unit at our residence, we offer 3 types of meal packages:

A price per meal

30-meal card (valid for 12 months)

Meals added to your lease (1 to 3 meals per day). This package is the most economical and eligible for Revenu Québec’s home-support services tax credit.

For all our studios and healthcare units, meals are included in the lease. Contact us for rates!

What types of meals do you offer?

The chef and a dedicated team offer daily home-cooked meals as well as a wide selection of à la carte dishes. Here are some examples of our residents’ favourite meals:

Roasted chicken with Portobello mushroom sauce and jasmine rice.

Baked salmon with dill cream accompanied by couscous vegetables and carrots.

Do you deliver meals to the units?
Yes, we offer a delivery service to the units at an additional cost.
What activities are offered at Manoir Pierrefonds?

Outdoors, there are several gardens and relaxation areas, such as on the terrace or by the pool. For more active residents, there is a play area with a Petanque court, as well as a walking and cycling trail nearby. In addition, we organize several BBQ events with animation during the summer.

Indoors, there is a chapel, a library, a movie theatre, and many activity areas for Bingo, board games, and a billiard room.

Do you offer lessons?
Yes, we offer lessons and workshops with trained professionals such as Aquafitness, Yoga, fitness, etc.
Are there any additional costs for the activities?
No, there are no fees for the activities offered by the residence. However, there may be a charge for special outings, such as going to the theatre, the museum, etc.
What services are included in the rent?

We offer an all-inclusive package that includes:

Weekly housekeeping

Orderly 24/7
Emergency call system in all rooms

3 meals per day (Studios and Healthcare units only)

Can I add services to my lease, if so, which ones?
Yes, we have a list of services that can be added to your lease as needed. Please contact one of our rental agents for more details.
What other services or amenities can be found at the residence that is not included in the lease?
Special group outings, such as going to the theatre, the museum, etc. These activities are subject to additional charges.
Am I eligible for the retirement home tax credit?
Individuals aged 70 years or older are eligible for the tax credit. If you would like to learn more about this opportunity and determine the amount for which you may qualify, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is eager to assist you and provide all the information you need.
