Le District promotes an active and fulfilling lifestyle with a wide range of modern amenities and diverse activities. These include a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, indoor pool, heated outdoor saltwater pool, seasonal outdoor spa and sauna, and virtual golf. A variety of classes are also available on-site, including yoga, meditation, stretching, and private training sessions. In addition, residents can take part in weekly social, cultural, and recreational activities. Some activities may have limited space or require an additional fee.
Yes. Le District features an on-site movie theater, with screenings in both French and English twice a week.

Absolutely! Your apartment is your home at all times. Guests are welcome in the common areas as well and may participate in some activities, depending on availability.
